Managed to save the splines on one of the window cranks which was in poor condition. Replace the knob with the same one as the buttons on the dashboard and paint the handles black. It turned out just as I had imagined.

Now I have installed and sealed the splited windshield.

Made paper templates for all the window panes. Got a local window manufacturer to make new windows for the entire car. I have tinted all the rear and side windows. Was really happy with the result in the end. Was a real punishment to install the tint and the windows on the car.
